FREE SHIPPING throughout Switzerland!
This means we deliver free of charge to all addresses in Switzerland for our customers! The products presented in our store are shipped directly from our distribution centers to the address registered in our store at the time of order completion. The shipment may come from a distribution center in Switzerland or from abroad (United States, Europe, China).

The delivery time is 7 to 25 business days after the order is shipped, depending on the delivery system rules. Your order will be shipped as soon as the payment of the order is confirmed and after the logistics processing of the order.

Please be careful when entering information:
Zenflow guarantees that products will be shipped to the address the customer chooses at the time of purchase. Therefore, we ask customers to carefully fill out the delivery address for their product to ensure no delivery issues. The information provided during registration is the sole responsibility of the customer, and Zenflow cannot be held responsible for errors due to incorrect information.

If the product is not delivered due to an error in the address provided by the customer, a new shipment can only be made by a new purchase.
