EXCHANGE OR RETURN

EXCHANGE OR RETURN OF A PRODUCT WITHIN 7 DAYS

You can request an exchange or return of a product within 7 days of receipt, provided you meet the following conditions:

  1. The product must be returned in its original packaging;

  2. The product must be returned without signs of use or consumption, i.e. in the condition in which it was received;

  3. The product must be returned with the attached tags (or protections), manuals and all accompanying accessories.

We do not exchange products that are not the right size for the customer: we provide the measurements in centimeters of our products to avoid any errors in choosing the size.

In accordance with the Consumer Code - Article 18, the trader is not legally obliged to make exchanges for a change of mind of the consumer regarding the color, size, model or any other reason.

IMPORTANT: We will not accept returns if the above conditions are not met.

HOW TO REQUEST AN EXCHANGE OR RETURN

Send an email to zenflowproduits@outlook.com with the following information:

  • Product name;

  • Order number;

  • Email registered at the time of purchase;

  • Reason for exchange or return;

  • VIDEO PROVING THE DEFECT

Once all the information regarding the product return has been confirmed, we will provide you with the return address and proceed to refund the product and shipping costs.

REIMBURSEMENT METHODS

  • Credit Card Refund: This refund may appear up to two invoices after the return is confirmed by the payment system.

  • Twint - Transfer to customer account: can be made within 10 working days after confirmation of return.
