GENERAL CONDITIONS OF USE OF THE SITE

These General Conditions govern the buying and selling intermediation services provided by the ZenFlow internal site ("INTERMEDIARY")

  1. Use of the site requires acceptance of the General Conditions and the Privacy Policy. Only natural persons with full legal capacity may use the services.

  2. The BUYER must provide accurate and up-to-date information, being responsible for any inconsistencies. ZenFlow may suspend registrations containing incorrect information.

  3. ZenFlow mediates transactions between individuals, charging fees for each transaction made.

  4. The INTERMEDIARY is not responsible for the right of withdrawal, refunds or problems related to the products purchased.

  5. The General Conditions may be modified at any time and come into effect 10 days after their publication. The BUYER who disagrees may terminate his contract with the site.

  6. The BUYER acknowledges that the products are not in the INTERMEDIARY's stock, but in the suppliers' stock, who are responsible for delivery.

  7. ZenFlow does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free services and is not liable for lost profits or consequential damages.

  8. All taxes resulting from purchases are the responsibility of the BUYER, calculated based on the billing address provided.

  9. ZenFlow protects user privacy and the use of personal data is governed by its Privacy Policy.
